Mansur Gavriel accepts returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all packaging and tags attached. Please note that all sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in the original dust bag and shipping box, ensuring all protective packaging is included to prevent damage.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the pre-paid return shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
